Shopaholic?
U won't believe this.. I've spent all my July pay plus the angpao Aunt Boey Chew & Uncle Soo Tot gave me in 2 weeks. My Singapore trip plus shopping yesterday. Ahhh.. hehe, I'm so broke now! Lik Xiong says i have to stay 'sober' (which means no shopping) for a long long long time now. ok, so now i can't say i hate shopping anymore. Well, i used to, or rather i guess it's the company that determines how enjoyable it is. Haha, guess who i went shopping with yesterday? Joel & Lik Xiong (my cousin). First time i ever went shopping with Lik Xiong, realise he's not a bad 'company'.. he's quite good in fact.. haha, he was like my personal shopping assistant. and i like how he's really honest.. "eh, sis, u look fat in this shirt la" (turned out to be the pants that made my top look fat.. dunno why.. haha..) Joel oso managed to get his shirt for Prom already. and i splurged on that bag in the pic. dun ask me how much k.. felt so guilty afterwards, spent angpau money on bag.. errr, is that ok? but let me tell u, it's a really cool bag.. hahaa. even the flap closes with a magnet.. Joel says the inside looks even cooler.. haha.. but lazy to take another pic. okok, enuff of my bag madness..
Besides that, my kor is also my best personal shopping advisor for electronic stuff.. heheheeh.. yay, finally managed to get my cell phone last friday. =) the best part is that it's something basic, something that i like and it's relatively cheap... Thanks mum & dad, for my early 21st bday present. haha, i guess i prefer shopping with guys.. which is really weird.. no? I always thought that guys had no patience and will be highly irritated at me. Cos i'm a type of person who takes a long time to decide on something. But in a way, when i shop with them they help me with the deciding part. They tell me which one to pick.. haha, so it's like i save the trouble of deciding and they dunnit to wait for me to decide.. so we're in a win-win situation!! =) Post a Comment
