My Christmas

I miss home. I miss KL. I miss Spore.
But i'm surprisingly ok. cos I had a wonderful Christmas weekend!

Christmas Eve
If u've noticed, i've been trying to pack up my whole december break so that i will be too busy to feel homesick =P haha, i've succeeded thus far, not a day at home.. but unavoidably i began feeling bit depressed on christmas eve morning.. ahh!! BUT, I had a nice quiet Christmas eve with Mel.. It was awesome! In fact, sometimes, u feel the loneliest when u r with a party filled with ppl (mostly ppl u dunno) as it just accentuates ur lonelinessm dun u think? So, the 2 of us, walked ard the malls a bit, caught 'Memoirs of the Geisha' (Sorry, Irene) & went for some Brazilian Chinese Buffet thing.

The streets were scarily empty after our movie. But when we reached ChinaTown it was more 'happening'. There was even a group of carolers.. I wanna go caroling too!! & it wasn't too cold either.. so it was a good day out.. Anyways, my dinner was kinda interesting. Like Rojak (mixed-up) style. We had dimsum food, chinese vege, fried rice, roasted squid, prawn & brazilian meat (on the skewer kind). They just come around to plop food on ur plate!! After that, we went home.

U know, God is awesome. I acted like a little girl, asking God for a wonderful Christmas, to keep my company.. Even the tiniest detail like i dunwanna wait in the cold for my bus on the way home i told God. Scarb Town Centre was deserted & eery. But guess what? There was only one bus at the whole station waiting for me. & when the bus driver wished me Merry Christmas, i was so touched i almost teared. =P To think that he has to drive even on Christmas Eve & still be so cheerful!! Haha, and my keycard thing worked on first try when i got home (i usually insert my key for like 5,6 times before i get in)

Thank u, Jesus .. if anyone can fill that lonely gap in ur heart, God can..

Christmas Day! "Happy Birthday, Jesus!"
Woke up early. No one could give me a ride this morning. So, i used my arms (with hidden muscles) to drag my good ol French Horn to the morningside bus stop. It seems like eternity!! & it was drizzling too. What happened to the snow?? haha.. Anyways, met some weird guy with his mum at the bus stop. he kept talking on & on about how bad ppl treat him. aiks!

Anyways, service was awesome!!!! mere words couldn't describe it. Especially the part where this little cute girl sang Happy Birthday Jesus (not the conventional happy bday tune though) I almost stopped playing my French Horn gaping at the awesomeness.. I really regret not asking Mel to come.. ARGH, what is wrong with me? (we just reflected upon it today & thought about how dumb we were. oh well) nxt year prob no chance d. feel like kicking myself now. (altho that's physically impossible)

Came home feeling like i'm on cloud nine ~* Gd thing Chris & Will gave me a ride home.. My poor arms.. Anyways, minutes after i ate my lunch, Henry called! To think I would be given time to mope about my loneliness!! HAha, thanks Henry.. We marathon watched 2 hongkong movies =P And i fed him food, food & more food. It was great. Haven't watch any HK movies since i got down from the plane.

After that, Dinner at the Jacob's (Will & Chris' family dinner) .. Hehe, super nice family.. His dad let me (or rather encouraged me) steal some turkey before dinner started. & Surprisingly, Will did most of the cooking. He's the big chef at home. he was wearing this simpsons apron when i got there (still waiting for chris to send me those pics) so rare.. Anyways, Will was evil. haha, he scared me pretending to throw their real bunny Pookee at me!! (but it was a stuffed animal) I screamed.. =P & later at the dinner table, their dad scared me with a loud clap when they were lighting the candles. AIHH, chris laughed at me so bad.. reminds me of Pauleon kor though.. EVIL.. haha.. We ended the day watching ELF. Cute!

Ohya, & thank u all who wished me Merry Christmas thru msn, Ecard or calls. I even got an sms from my cousin!! =) *bliss*
