skiing
Went on a one day ski trip during reading week! At first, was suppose to go for ski trip in Montreal one. but den, got cancelled. Which was a blessing in a way la. Gives me more time to do other things =P Went skating on monday too! ahhaa, i stil think my skating sucks. But Henry is really really patient in teaching me.. haha..
Anyways, Yiling organized this ski trip to Glen Eden, one hour drive away from Toronto. Her bf, JB drove us there. We met up with some of her frens from Macmaster University. All of us were like beginners so it was quite fun. Everyone kept falling and slowly learn it together. Lotsa fun, joy and laughter.
And I'm proud to say, most of us picked it up ok by the end of the day! At least we know how to stop (which is extremely impt!) and turn.. My first try down the slope was superbly scary.. i went straight down full speed and ya, ended up on my butt.. OUCHY! all of us were aching all over the next day =P
After that, we went for hotpot by warden and steeles. WA, super luxurious. Each one gets ur own pot. And there's like 10 thousand kind of soup base to choose from. And gazillion amounts of food to put in it. It was sO good, esp after a whole day of 'workout'!! Post a Comment
