Beautiful encounters

Last sunday, attended church service as usual.. Just started going to this church west of finch since the summer.. And ya, i've never really gotten to know anyone cos i never did stand up when they ask for newcomers, nor did i stay for any 'tea break' sessions. Well, deep down i knew i shud be doing sth about it. And well, i asked God to open doors la, cos i really dunno how to break the 'ice'.

True enough, unintentionally, i arrived for service early & a lady approached me. She invited me to stay for a 'welcome lunch'. So i stayed. She introduced me to this guy named Joseph who works at OTPP too.. (Actually i sorta guessed he was cos i saw him using the OTPP flask when he was lead singing one day) Anyways, he was also talking to some other new ppl and he introduced us.. and guess what!?! they are from sabah~~ AND they live in the same condo as me~ AND they are also from SIB~ AND they when to chong zhen (some chinese private school)~ AND the bro was in band also.. haha. talk about coincidences =) OHya, and Joseph also knows CJ from work who is Will's high school fren.... are u very confused right now?? haha...

Besides that, it's the first week of school.. Although i'm still not very prepared for it, it's good to be back! I guess this marks the beginning to an end of my uni life cos it's my last sem *sobs* but the gd thing is EVERYONE is back for school this sem. None of us are on work terms.. And this hasnt happen since 2nd yer.. Even ashley is back in school! Irene is back from France.. Kristine is back in band~ YAY! haha, and it was good to see all the OTPP peeps in the mgmt building.. quite weird initially.. all of us not at work anymore.. =) and i'm pretty happy that i know someone in every class i'm taking.. hehehe.. aihh, i'm going to miss school..

Ohya, and the most random thing of all.. I dropped by T&T to get some groceries on the way back from school.. and i met Hoe Tak!! havent seen him since... erm, end of first yr? Apparently he's on workterm with IBM and lives just by the T&T intersection.. haha, it was good meeting again.. minus the shock! haha..

To end off my post, please pray for me k.. Starting to apply for full time jobs d.. Although deep down i know God has wonderful plans for me, i still worry a little.. And for ppl like me, here's a verse to encourage you: Joshua 1 v 9 - "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
